• Where is my order?

  Sign in and open Account → Orders to see the latest status of every order. You'll also receive email updates as your order ships.

• How do returns work?

  Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Start from Account → Orders, or contact support via the chat bubble.

• What payment methods are supported?

  You can pay at checkout, or use your Buyxoco wallet balance. The wallet supports USDT (TRC20) top-ups and free USDT ⇄ USD conversion at any time.

• How do I top up my wallet with USDT?

  Open Wallet from the top navigation, choose an amount and network, and transfer to the address shown. Funds are credited after on-chain confirmation, usually within minutes.

• How do I become a store owner?

  Open “Become a Store Owner” in the footer, fill in the registration form with your invitation code and ID documents. Applications are reviewed within one business day.
